Petroleum Equipment & Services, Inc. (PESI) was founded in 1983 to bring products and services not currently available to the Alaskan market and to offer customers a competitive alternative to existing suppliers. PESI also provides a solution for companies that want to enter the Alaskan market.

PESI includes Alaska Service & Technology, (ASTECH). ASTECH is a specialty company that offers an environmentally safe method of cleaning thread-protectors used in the petroleum industry. 

PESI also has three offices in Alaska: Anchorage, Nikiski, and Prudhoe Bay.

Through the past 40 years PESI has survived economic swings in the petroleum industry and the companies PESI represents have had continuous representation in Alaska.
